Assign label

Endpoint · POST /conversation/actions

Assigns one or more labels (up to 20 per action). Identifies each tag by name. Fields

tags — array of { name }, 1 to 20 items (required).

An assign_label on a conversation identified by phone and channel. Each action assigns 1 to 20 tags, identified by name.

Response

202 Accepted — the group was accepted and runs in the background. The per-action result does not travel in the response (query it later — see How it runs).

How many actions in the array were admitted for execution — not how many succeeded.
